Gluten Free Oven Baked White Bread
Using any type of milk and any type of vinegar, it is important to measure these ingredients carefully and not omit anything.
450g gluten free white bread flour
½ teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons quick dried yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon vinegar
6 tablespoons oil
Mix together the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
In a large bowl beat in the milk and vinegar.
Add the flour and mix to form a sticky dough.
Continue mixing adding the oil.
Place the dough in an oiled 1kg/2lb bread tin, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Temperature & cooking time;
220°C/Fan200°C/425°F/Gas 7. Bake in a preheated oven for 40/45 minutes.
